Make sure your school district’s IT department allows access to Google Slides and Vidyard.  GrammarFlip’s videos and slideshows are hosted on these sites, and it will be important that students have access to these resources.  Remember that a teacher’s computer may have the ability to access sites that a student’s computer may not, so be sure to check ahead with your IT department before purchasing.

All of our published Google Slides and instructional materials are created and owned under our managed Google Workspace organization.

To allow your students and teachers access to GrammarFlip resources while maintaining your external sharing restrictions, please add our Google Workspace domain to your district's Trusted Domains / Trust Rules list in your Google Admin Console.

Once our domain is added to your list of trusted external domains for receiving Drive files/content, your students should be able to view all published presentation URLs without issue.
