Most likely, a firewall and/or content blocker is preventing access to GrammarFlip's system.  Check the settings on your firewall/content blocker and adjust them accordingly.


Also, make sure that any web browsers you use on your devices are updated.  Old or outdated web browsers can cause display issues or can cause buttons not to function properly.


Finally, check with your school's IT department to see if any web filters are in place that may be preventing you from accessing your account.  See our support article regarding other important items to know when registering.
