Not to worry! Most likely your students' scores are not missing.
Our Progress Reports default to only displaying scores from August 1 of each school year to assist teachers in viewing work that was only completed within the current (traditional) school year while still keeping a record of students' previous work.
Teachers can always view student work completed prior to August 1 of the current school year by changing the date parameters at the top of the "View Progress Reports" page.
While teachers cannot reset the scores of Practice Exercises, you do have the ability to reset the scores of the Pre-Tests and Post-Evaluations. Click here to see how to do this.
